1. Introduction

VerifyAll ("we", "us", "our") operates the verifyall.cc website and verification service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Files: When you verify a file, we process it to compute its SHA-256 hash. The file is uploaded to IPFS (via Pinata) and CDN storage (Bunny.net) for distributed storage. We store the file's name, type, size, and hash in our database.

Blockchain Data: Verification records are published on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, which is a public ledger. This includes the file's hash, token category ID, and transaction IDs. Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be deleted.

Wallet Data: Your blockchain wallet is created and stored entirely in your browser. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase. We only receive your public wallet address for transaction purposes.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics such as verification counts and checker IP hashes (hashed, not stored in plain text).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

Each of these services has their own privacy policies that govern their handling of data.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Verification records on the blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology. Files stored on IPFS and CDN may be retained indefinitely as part of the verification record.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing), HTTPS/TLS encryption for all communications, JWT-based authentication, and client-side wallet key management. Your blockchain wallet private keys never leave your browser.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Cookies

We use browser local storage and IndexedDB for authentication tokens and wallet data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
